Zimigo will only ask for and use the personal data that we deem necessary to render our top-quality customized services, which include but are not limited to advice and information of our products and services, as well as those opportunities that we deem could be beneficial for you. We will not use your personal data to send you offers, promotions and recommendations regarding products and services that match your queries and searches without your prior and express consent. This way, you decide if you want to receive promotional material and offers that match your queries and searches.

We have the strictest data storage and disclosure security and protection protocols to avoid any unauthorized access to your personal data, pursuant to Article 9 of Organic Act 15/1999, dated 13th December, of Personal Data Protection in force in Spain. For this reason, we may, from time to time, ask you to please login with your password before we allow you to access your personal information.

Zimigo uses cookies when the user uses the website. Cookies are only generated and linked to an anonymous user and his/her computer. The user has the option of disallowing the generation of cookies by selecting the appropriate option in his/her browser.

3. Personal data collected from partners

The types of personal data Zimigo collects from its partners include name, contact details, organisation, enquiry/complaint details and records of dealings with Zimigo, including by telephone, email and online.

Zimigo holds personal data electronically and in hard copy form, both at Zimigo’s premises and with the assistance of service providers. Zimigo employs a range of technical, organisational, and security measures and tools to protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal data. Zimigo is also required to take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify personal data when no longer needed for any permitted purpose.

5. Access to and rectification of personal data

Any individual may make a request to access or rectify personal data held by Zimigo by contacting Zimigo as set out below. Zimigo may require verification of identity. Zimigo will provide reasons an access or rectification request is declined. When Zimigo declines to make a requested rectification, the individual may ask Zimigo to make a note of their requested rectification with the data.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

All the discrepancies, claims and controversies that may arise shall be settled by competent courts according to the applicable legislation.
